ISKCON widely known as Hare Krishna Movement was founded by His Divine Grace Vishwa Guru A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, affectionately known among devotees as Śrīla Prabhupāda. A divine personality of many facets and extraordinary depth, he has been described at various times as a scholar, philosopher, cultural ambassador, prolific author, social critic, and saintly teacher. In truth, he embodied all these qualities and infinitely more.

On his divine order, Hare Krishna Movement carries out large-scale food distribution programs with the support of respective governments and CSR partnerships from corporates, serving society with compassion, dedication, and spiritual vision.
